Dr. Corey C. Burgoyne is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon who serves as a partner at Blue Ridge Oral and Maxillofacial in Fishersville, Virginia. After graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's in biology, she earned her doctorate in medical dentistry from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Corey C. Burgoyne began her career at Commonwealth Oral and Facial Surgery in Richmond, VA, and spent five years there before joining Blue Ridge Oral Surgery.

Dr. Burgoyne maintains hospital affiliation with Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA, and has completed domestic and international dental missions with organizations such as the Augusta Regional Dental Clinic, Mission of Mercy, East Cooper Community Outreach, adn the Barnabas Foundation. She also has extensive teaching and research experience and was a top-three finisher for Our Health Magazine's Bedside Manner Award every year it was conducted from 2015 to 2019. Her practice, Blue Ridge Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, has also won top 3 in the Best of Virginia award from Virginia Living Magazine for the last 3 years.

A Shenandoah Valley Dental Association member, Dr. Corey C. Burgoyne spent two years as its president. She also belongs to the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, is an active member of the American Dental Association, is on the executive committee for the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the Virginia Dental Association. Her extracurricular interests include time with her family, gardening, cooking, swimming, and volunteering.
